What to tell us when you call

The more we know up front, the better we can help. A few things that make the call shorter and the visit smoother:

• The symptom. Long drying time, weak outside airflow, burning smell, hot dryer, etc.
• The building type. House, condo, apartment, rental unit.
• The dryer location. Closet, garage, basement, kitchen, hallway.
• Stacked or standalone. Stacked washer-dryer combos take a different approach.
• Last cleaning, if you remember. "Never," "a few years ago," or "last year" all help.
• Building rules. If your building requires notice or specific access, mention it.

If you are a tenant or property manager, just say so. We will figure out the right way to coordinate.

We serve West Hollywood (ZIP codes 90069 and 90046) and the nearby areas of Beverly Grove, Hollywood Hills West, Fairfax District, Beverly Hills, Melrose Area, and Miracle Mile. If your address is just outside this list, call anyway — we may still be able to help.

Hours of operation

We typically take service calls Monday through Saturday, daytime hours. Same-day service is available when our schedule allows. Outside of normal hours, leave a message or text, and we will get back to you the next morning.

For most situations, calling or texting is faster. We do not run a booking form here because dryer vent jobs depend on details that are easier to discuss live (access, building rules, stacked units, roof access, etc.).
